I’m so excited to host this incredible mind cleansing, body clearing hiking and yoga retreat in the lofty lands of Morocco.
This is a short break to awaken your spirit and nourish your soul! Trekking is the best way to be truly immersed in the rugged splendor of these windy, wild spaces. Only 90 minutes away from Marrakech, stay at 1820m altitude with spectacular views of the valleys and in the distance Jbel Toubkl which stands at 4167m – the largest mountain in Northern Africa.
Day temperatures can be around 23 degrees at this time of year, allow your body to relax again and absorb the warmth of the autumn sun! Breathing in the fresh mountain prana imbued air immersed in an awe inspiring landscape, from our very own castle - a luxury kasbah in the Atlas Mountains.
Everything is included once you arrive so switch off, enjoy the scenery, the food, the culture, try the hammams, book a massage, get curious in the markets, tread the trails on hilly hikes - all top and tailed by a generous dose of yoga!

In this retreat we will explore the Pancha Prana Vayus- the 5 directions of energy flow from the yogic tradition. These grounding and energising practices will act as an inner compass to help us find our own centre in this vast and mysterious landscape.
A rough outline to the day looks like:
Embrace the morning with 1.5 hours of dynamic yoga with asana, pranayama and meditation practices
Delicious breakfast to set your up for our explorations
A guided hike each day with qualified mountain guides will show you around the surrounding mountains and explore local berber culture at nearby villages.
Relax with a mint tea and a good book whilst enjoying the stunning mountain views,
2 hour restorative/yin yoga practice & meditation
Hearty and healthy vegan/ vegetarian dinner in the cosy and beautifully styled Moroccon dining room.
